“I want to start off by saying no treatment center is perfect and everyone has different wants and needs. My experience at Anew was life changing. I completed the program at the end of August. While I was there I received a lot of healing. They do a lot of work on Mental Health and if you put in the work it’ll benefit you. The Chef is passionate and truly loves bringing happiness with her food. My counselor was Alicia who to me is the BEST counselor there. If you’re looking for diversity in the staff you won’t find that here but it is an all women staff. The director Jess who was there during my stay is gone which is great because she was terrible. Of course there are things they need to work on. If you have medical conditions that requires a lot of attention then this is not the place for you. They didn’t have a nurse on staff while I was there. The thing I disliked most was the fact that the rules were not consistent. It was always left up to the RA’s discretion so you could get in trouble for something by one staff and then the other staff would say it’s ok. The best thing about being there was the women I went through the program with. We really were a sisterhood and supported each other through some tough times.”

“Michaelene who is the fonder of this program has such passion for her clients in helping them utilize the tools to start "ANEW" beginning. This healing process can be life-changing and permanent. She has seen many success stories. The program is geared to help women find other outlets and offers many different creative opportunities to enjoy life again while working through traumas & addiction, with dignity and respect. There seems to be a sense of sisterhood and women supporting women when you observe what is going on. Their personal chief doesn't cut corners and the food is excellent. They even have childcare and programs where parents can interact with their children in a healthy, constructive and loving manner. I see that some reviews have lower rating. However, if you read their reviews they actually have a lot of positive things to say about this facility. If you truly want help I highly recommend this program for any female struggling with addiction. There is hope & resiliency in ANEW.”
