“For someone with a disability that they charged 120 dollars for an appointment I never got! I kept trying to get on virtual and appt was 130 he sends me threw email goes to spam I call back as instructed and she told me I need to reschedule and I was a few minutes late but we can wait for them. I was a new patient and think I was treated unfairly by Ryan Zinken what did he do for the rest of the hour 7 min was not long I told her I was having trouble I thought I would get a text. Rich get richer and poor get poorer. Believe me that was a hit paying that shame on you.”

“Jean Kirk has been a fabulous provider for years. She is patient, caring, and straightforward. She genuinely listens to my questions and concerns. Cannot recommend Horizon highly enough. Plus, virtual appointments have been life-changing!”

“Could be decent, but as far as it goes was made to come in person, to be lied to and told only option is to shop around when I already have proof and an additional 4-5 years of meds, as well as 2 corroborating sources on efficacy of my regimen. Wasn’t charged so they get 2 on that end but that’s 40 minutes wasted, and the guidelines she recalled are also incorrect. Not super well staffed but will see in a pinch, would not recommend long term ADHD patients to go here.”
