“Initial Spravato treatment planning was a nightmare. From intake to first session, it took a month and considering my active Spravato treatment from a different provider that prompted a transition of care- this was inexcusable and the clinic did accept responsibility for their indirect delay of care and emotional distress coordinating this caused me. I recommend pressing 3 when you call the clinic to avoid talking to an outsourced foreign staff member in a call center. Let’s see how the billing and subsequent care visits pan out, as coordination of care, Medicaid, and comorbidities lie within my own health conditions and affected QOC.”
