“Not a pleasant nor constructive experience with Brent. Our second appointment, he told us it was too early, he wasn’t quite awake yet, he asked what we talked about the prior week because he “sees so many couples it’s hard to keep track” and then asked if he gave us any homework to work on. He gave his personal “man’s point of view” opinion on how he would feel about our situation had it been between him and his wife. He did not de-escalate a heated discussion which led to a very emotional meltdown that caused me to cry uncontrollably, leave the room and continue in my car for several hours afterwards. My husband and I, both, could not believe the lack of professionalism, knowledge and compassion; unacceptable. We will not be returning.”

“My provider, Joy Cloutier, was wonderful. She listened and offered helpful feedback and solutions. However the video call was terrible. The picture and sound would freeze so something should be done about video/ zoom quality.”
