“Our first psychiatry appointment at this Sagent location was excellent. For the first time in this process, my child felt genuinely seen and heard, and we left feeling very encouraged. Unfortunately, what followed was extremely frustrating. The provider sent a prescription to our pharmacy that afternoon. Later, the pharmacy contacted me saying they had a question for the provider and couldn’t fill it until they received a response. Three days later, they still hadn’t heard back and told me I would need to contact the provider directly. That’s when I realized how difficult it is to reach anyone at Sagent. I had never been given contact information for the psychiatry provider. I have called and left 2 messages for the nursing teams and sat on hold for 26 minutes, just to be disconnected. I have yet to receive a call back, 4 days after our appt. At this point, without the medication - our appt was wasted. There is no follow through. What’s most disappointing is the contrast: the appointment itself was excellent, but the lack of communication afterward made it very difficult to complete something as basic as filling a prescription. Families need a reliable way to reach providers when there are simple asks.”
“Melissa m Fairchild has been for the last 3yrs managing myself and my 2 now almost 10yrs old girls meds for our ADHD and other mental health disorders and I honestly couldn't express how much she has helped all 3 of us providing us with meds that not only have helped us stay on track at school and work . She has done a great job making us all feel comfortable she has been nothing but honest and 100% professional ,reliable, and has given me some great advice and has helped me critique some things in how I have been working on my parenting as a single parent and has always given that from(real life experiences)that she has personally experienced and has never came across Ed as Telling me how I should .... Or said what I had been doing was wrong . So I never felt shamed and I appreciate that . ! We are looking forward to the years to come with Melissa mae Fairchild ! Thank you Melisa!”
“I do not give reviews so you know this one is important. I’ve been seeing Melissa Fairchild and after years of struggling and not knowing what’s wrong. She was able to help pinpoint and prescribe the best medication that worked for me. I’m now extremely happy with myself and in life and I would recommend her for anyone.”
“Extremely poor customer service. I had both my therapist and psychiatrist leave Ellie Mental health right before the merge happened. I followed them and almost a year later was footed a bill for already paid services. I have now been going on two months of back and forth with customer service to rectify this with insurance and refund the almost $1500 taken out of my bank account. They admitted both in their AI chat and over phone that they saw my payment on the Ellie system but were waiting for systems to merge to verify it on Sagent. Magically, it wasn't in their system and they're now wanting $1700. It's all a racket and just another big company buying out what was likely a good place but ruining it by streamlining and de-personalizing the processes.”
