“1-Star Review I am extremely disappointed with the predatory billing practices at this clinic. I have been a loyal patient here for years, but their complete lack of compassion and flexibility for families dealing with medical emergencies is unacceptable. I was hit with a steep late cancellation fee because an urgent medical appointment for my severely disabled and medically fragile child ran long. What makes this practice predatory is that I had already held face-to-face meetings with clinic management regarding my child's condition, and an explicit exception was placed on my file for these exact, unavoidable medical situations. Despite doing everything right and communicating my situation, they ignored their own internal agreement and penalized me anyway. Prioritizing rigid, automated billing systems and exorbitant fees over established patient agreements and basic human empathy is unethical. I cannot recommend a facility that treats parents of medically fragile children this way.”

“Robert should be fired. Shame on you. Robert took it upon himself to unload his political opinions at length while in session with a client who was there seeking help. This was during a 1st time visit. Robert took a vulnerable, brave moment and made it all about his political views. This person should not be anywhere near vulnerable people. Robert should be immediately removed. I will be following up with the office manager to file a complaint. I will keep this post updated with any result. Shame on you, for tainting a safe space for a person who needed it. Stay away from this one if you want actual help.”

“ROBERT didn't make me feel save to talk. Refused to accommodate my needs said it was for trust but had no problem breaking those barriers for my ex. Wasn't structured didn't even realize exactly what he was doing and felt like he was shifting all the repairing of the relationship on me. Said my ex wasn't looking for a divorce even after I said she was looking to justify it. Then 3 months later said we should get a divorce”

“My Daughter was seeing Logan weekly as her first therapist. We weren't sure what to expect, but this wasn't it. We wasted a lot of time and money. We decided to leave when she said to me to just keep dangling the carrot for my Daughter, like that's the end all. Lofan suggested that when my daughter was tired from not sleeping, (due to nightmares) to let her sleep in a few hours (and therefore miss work). And also suggested that of she was tired and I couldn't call into work that she should go to school, and immediately go to the nurse's office and ask to sleep for a few hours. I'm not sure what world Logan is living in, but it's definitely NOT this one.”
