“Therapists ended my therapy sessions early, constantly rescheduled them, and therapists were unprofessional. Therapist was checking his phone as I was talking, and after promising they would reschedule with another provider who would have more availability they rescheduled me with someone who wouldn't be able to get me in for another month, delaying a much needed process. Records requests came back rejected with Sagent having positively no clue why, resulting in multiple emergencies, and my Short Term Disability request being denied which could have cost thousands of dollars. If you need something, you will need to call them literally every step of the way and hold their hand to make sure it's actually done correctly. I've had situations through Sagent where I have been completely unable to reach my provider despite communicating with them through the proper channels, and then have them not show up to the appointment I needed to make in order to even contact them. This place is remarkably unprofessional and I would recommend going anywhere else if possible.”

“I was seeing my therapist for almost a year, and during that time it was like she didn’t really want me there. At most we would have small talk, never going over any real issues I had. My last meeting I went to I was in some distress and needed guidance. I timed about 15 minutes of silence before she would say something to me, I would answer, then another 10-15 min of silence. I never went back, and when I called the front desk after receiving a patient connection they hung up on me as I was saying I would not be coming back. This is the second interaction I’ve had with this association where no one really cared about their job. It’s really not a positive environment. Stay far away from them. Go to any other therapists office.”

“Jacob Moore their odious PA questioned my diagnosis from a therapist within their own clinic system, pushed medication i had clear issues with, laughed at my suffering and then offered a referral i cannot use. Avoid like the plague.”

“I had an extremely disappointing experience with Nystrom and Associates in Chaska, MN. I was paired with a psychiatrist out of St. Cloud who only offered telehealth appointments but oddly expected me to monitor and report my own blood pressure for her, something I found both odd and concerning. Despite having a long-standing, officially diagnosed condition that's been managed for years, I was told that what I’ve been through “shouldn’t have caused” my condition — completely dismissing my history and the professional care I’ve received elsewhere. Rather than working with the medication regimen that has taken years to fine-tune, she immediately pushed to change everything and start from scratch, disregarding what has actually been effective for me. Throughout the entire process, I felt constantly doubted, questioned, and treated as though I was lying. To top it off, I was told I’d need to pass a drug test for her to work with me and to receive prescriptions, even though I have no criminal background, no court orders, and no history that would justify such a demand. This provider was a terrible representation of the company, and based on my experience, I would not recommend Nystrom and Associates to anyone genuinely seeking help or compassionate care.”
