“This place is a joke. It used to be just average when it was Ellie but now that it is Sagent, it's a nightmare. Providers don't ever respond to medication refill requests so I always have to waste time calling them to prod them to do it. After bugging them, I finally got a response today saying my daughter's meds were refilled but we needed to schedule an appointment. Called and sat on hold for THIRTY minutes and then the call just disconnected. I would stay far away from this place - they will only make your mental health WORSE. Today was the last straw for me and we will be transferring our care elsewhere.”

“The billing department has left me more depressed than when I started therapy. I called when I lost my insurance and begged them to take the credit card off file until I got my new insurance card. They said they would but I have charges on that card anyway today. I tried to call back today and nobody would answer the phone. I was instructed to leave a message and they would get back to me in THREE business days.”

“Edit: After posting this review (which was initially 2-stars) I was contacted by the clinic manager and we had a good conversation over the phone. I felt heard and she was understanding of my situation, and she provided some solutions for me if I were to encounter this problem again. I appreciate that. I want to reiterate that my provider is fantastic and the people that I have spoken with on the medication management team have all been super helpful. Thanks for hearing me out. Original review: Let me start off by saying my provider, Ade, is fantastic. She’s 5 stars. Where things fall apart is in trying to get support outside of your appointment, especially if it’s time sensitive. Your only point of contact is the medication management helpline, which more often than not prompts you to leave a voicemail. For getting refills, this is okay. For routine questions, this is also okay. But when you’re dealing with a medication shortage and are trying to coordinate between multiple pharmacies and your provider, it is a nightmare. I don’t hear back until sometimes the end of the day. By then the pharmacy is out of stock. So the next day I’m required to call again — and get stuck with leaving another voicemail. On the rare occasion a person answers the service is (usually) great and we can get the ball rolling right away! That’s the big problem I have. You need to have the option to talk to a person when things aren’t working out — phone tag via voicemail does NOT work. Anyway, I’m writing this review at the beginning of week two of trying to get a refill for my ADHD meds, and I have no choice but to start calling other clinics and my GP because I left a voicemail at 9:05 am and it’s now 3 pm and I haven’t gotten any work done all day. This shouldn’t have had to go into a week two.”

“I have heard good things about this place from a friend so I thought I would give it a try. Going into it I had high hopes but I never even made it to a session due to the fact I had to fill out the same paperwork multiple times and they never received it. what a waste of time. Ultimately called them to check the status and when they told me that they still haven’t received my paperwork. Ended up telling them to get me out of their system”
