“This is NOT regarding my providers, this is regarding their nurse triage line that quite literally NEVER answers phone calls, returns voice messages, and portal messages. I submitted a medication refill request on June 2nd, and stated that I’d be on vacation until my next appointment with a provider a month out for another refill. The pharmacy can’t fill this medication for more than a one time 30 day supply, so I started sending portal message to my providers nursing stuff to give the pharmacy approval to fill this as a one time exception. That didn’t happen. For context, I left for vacation on June 27th, and started reaching out to the staff here on June 22nd with NO follow up. You’re leaving patients unmedicated and it’s your fault. DO BETTER.”

“My teenage son witnessed a messy suicide 9am this morning. After repeatedly calling and leaving messages someone finally told me his old therapist would need to sign a transfer & then he could talk to someone, they'd call me back in a bit. It is now 2pm. No one called me. I called and was told the former therapist hasn't gotten around to doing the paper work yet. This isn't the first serious issue I've had with this place, but it'll absolutely be the last. Contacting the board.”

“The only issue i have is. When u get an appointment you get text messages from 2 different numbers and calls reminding you of appointments constantly. Meaning one appointment alone I got 17 text messages in 1 week and 8 calls. For that 1 appointment”
