“Use to use nystrom in big lake but my psychiatrist retired. Best Dr ever had in mental health. So than I started seeing one in Minnetonka location than she moved. Than I started going to hutchinson south. At least twice a year my appointments get canceled. So you call there and get rescheduled. Now I need to get refills before the next appointment but I have none left. You call there and they say I have to call the pharmacy. Than I call the pharmacy do what I'm supposed to do. Nothing happens. So you call hutchinson again and get the runaround for the third time from the nurse there. Im tired of dealing with this clinic. Having to take meds f or bipolar and borderline really sucks especially when you have to go weeks without them.”

“Original provider is fabulous, 5 stars (congratulations Leah). However, the following appointments set up with another provider were set up and there’s so much confusion and no follow through. Called a few appointments in advance to schedule with a new provider. Called last week for the link to login for the video appointment, they stated one wasn’t scheduled? Okay, fair enough. Told me there was one for this week. Received text confirmation last night at 7:35pm for said appointment today. Called this morning for the link and they said it was cancelled? The secretary also kept interrupting when I was speaking more than several times. Looked back in my text messages and saw there was an appointment scheduled for last week also. This level of nonsense is okay in a different setting, but not medically or professionally. Won’t be coming back.”
