“Hi, my name is Ron , I have struggled with personal or mental health issues most of my life, Having severe social anxiety disorder, ADHD ,depression, Dyslexia and trauma from abuse. Due to my father being in the service, I had moved about 20 times. I’ve been in therapy since kindergarten so needless to say I’ve had plenty of experience with different counselors and clinics., although I had received the best care from this clinic, I had taken time away from therapy to try to use all of the tools I was taught to cope with my disorders on my own and getting off my meds, after a few years, I’ve spiraled downhill and now I reasserted myself into professional help, and I’ve been very impressed with the professional help that I once again getting from this clinic, everyone struggles with one thing or another therefore Five of my close family members also use this clinic and have for many years and speaking for us. All we could not be more satisfied and are thankful that. this clinic has helped us throughout all of these years with meds and counseling, besides me taking time away from counseling, I can happily say that the rest of my family has been doing well for a number of years and continue to improve in every area of their life’s , personally, and as a family unit As Well . “My experience has been outstanding. I'm attending the DBT program. The instructors teach it exceptionally well. They teach the lessons clearly and detailed. They are passionate and truly want me to succeed in building a life worth living. The pace is perfect, not too fast, not too slow. I feel comfortable during the classes. Outside of the DBT program, my therapist is an expert in my condition. They provide me with compassionate care. I feel heard, understood and cared for in each therapy session. I feel better afterwards. Since I'm in the DBT program, my therapist can give me strategies to work through things in my life. Any therapist with these advanced skills can be very effective for any patient. The front desk staff greets me warmly when I check-in for my appointments. They can call me by name which makes me feel good. Special. To wrap it up, Sagent is wonderful. I recommend them to everyone.”

“Staff was fine. No show fee of $107 is exorbitant and management is not understanding that people get can’t always know 24 hours ahead of time when their symptoms will exacerbate. My therapist lied to me and said if that happens they will work with me and understand. That is not true. I have had back and forth conversations with the billing department and they refuse to help at all after I explained my situation. They have canned AI responses when you text them on the app so not even a real person responding which is just cold and unprofessional for a counseling center. I quit my therapist due to this and will go elsewhere. I have never experienced anything like this at other clinics. Definitely cannot recomment.”
