Terrible experience. I have no reason to visit again. Therapy with Tyrolt Ngole was consistently changed from in person to virtual with little notice. Tyrolt called early to begin virtual meetings and shut them down early on the insistence that they ended early because he had tried to initiate the meeting early. Tyrolt was often combative and argumentative. I have since changed to a more supportive situation and have no reason to ever recommend Sagent's services again. I highly recommend speaking with Minnesota Neuropsychology for any and all needs.

If you are looking for a mental health experience that feels like stepping into an experimental theater piece written by Kafka on a caffeine binge, this place delivers. Appointments felt less like therapy and more like competing in a very strange game show called Who Can Monitor Your Blood Pressure With the Most Zeal. I spent half my time describing a rough year in my life and the other half watching vitals be treated like holy relics. Priorities are priorities. The cuff always came first. Serious concerns were handled like quirky footnotes while minor hypothetical risks were elevated to epic moral crises. Contradictions were explained away with vibes-based logic, which is comforting in roughly the same way that being told turbulence is “just part of the fun” soothes nervous flyers. At one point, I was invited to buy my own monitoring equipment and submit daily readings. I half expected a small ceremonial procession to accompany it. Administrative processes were equally theatrical. I almost applauded for the creativity. After leaving, I visited a new primary care provider. They checked my vitals, looked at me, and said, “You seem fine. Maybe find a new clinician.” We laughed. My blood pressure did not spike once. Ultimately, the problem was the environment, not me. If your goal is to feel like an extra in someone else’s anxiety opera while meditations on your vital signs are performed with dramatic flair, this is the place for you. Otherwise, proceed with caution. P.S. The rebrand email was a masterpiece of chaos marketing. New name, same drama. Bravo.

I have been disappointed in this practice for some time. We had one pleasant experience with a therapist, and most therapists are kind-hearted, however they expect you to be on time while they consistently show up anywhere between 5-15 minutes late. Twice I have gone to appointments with my child and they failed to let me know the appointment was overbooked or cancelled. I feel my son has decreased in behavioral health since starting the DBT program. It was suggested by a therapist, and he was doing well when they suggested it, now we are suffering with more meltdowns and dysregulation than ever. I’m sure this is something that is not entirely on the DBT program alone, but we hoped this program would help, and I’m failing to see where my son has benefitted from the DBT program.

I love that they had therapy appointments available within 2 days of my call and was also able to schedule another appointment the next week same time. I have been to other clinics like ACP and private practices. It's unheard of to get a therapy session this fast, even my general doctor told me there is a long wait for getting therapy. To me, being there when I really need the help, not 5 weeks out, made all the difference in the world. I had a video session with Tiffany and found her to be very supportive and kind while collecting my first appointment info. She made me feel comfortable explaining how she approaches therapy - woven into my responses. It felt very reciprocal and reassuring.
