“If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at this location was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, and the results from my visit were never sent to my provider. I followed the instructions I was given, completed the required testing, and later learned that the results were missing. I am appalled by both the lack of follow-through and the way patients are treated upon entering this location. Clear communication, professionalism, and basic respect should be expected in any healthcare setting.”

“Saw a PA C for an intake appointment and to potentially get a referral for specialized treatment/diagnosis. I got incorrectly diagnosed as having Major Depressive Disorder in less than an hour and he attempted to push drugs on me. Unprofessional and extremely unhelpful.”
