“I saw a therapist at the Rochester, MN location two times. The first time was the intake appointment. She read from a script, talked about herself some and took my information down. However, when a week later I went to the second one it was completely difffernt. There was something wrong. I don’t know if she was having mental health problems herself or was on something but she was all over the room, couldn’t sit still , was rambling on and on about folders and papers and then ended it 20 minutes early. The only thing she asked is if anything in the past week had happened, that’s it. Now, I don’t fault someone for having issues, we all have them. My frustration comes with the company. They sent a bill for the full amount for both appointment even after I voiced a formal complaint. I called the billing and all they would say is “you signed a contract.” Luckily I canceled my card before they got it because I absolutely am refusing to pay. I am sorry I had to write this and I wouldn’t over the therapist but what you did is wrong after your company was in the wrong.”

“The therapist my daughter was seeing quit with little notice. Ellie Mental never reached out with a replacement therapist- seems irresponsible for a mental health organization.”
