“They definitely don't like answering the phone when you need to cancel or schedule appointments Other than that, services received have been okay. Tried reestablishing services about 2 months ago and just received a call today on May 13th, 2025. Absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary and there is absolutely no reasonable excuse or apology on why it should take that long to get back to someone looking to get help. I know people should forgive others, but that's something I will never forgive in this situation. This place is poorly managed, and because of that I decided not to call back. Another reason why I won't come back is that there is no receptionist at the clinic to help out. I get budget concerns and trying to save money and all that, but do better. I will not recommend this clinic to anyone although my past provider was an amazing guy and helped me through a lot of stuff”

I’ve been calling for a half an hour about my daughters apt and the lady just hung up on me now my daughter missed her apt and I’m calling on two phones trying to get in touch with them now and two days for a call back is a absolutely ridiculous and I will never tell anyone to take their child or themselves to this establishment for services Isabel loves just hanging up on you as the phone person. Three times I’ve already called and I’ve been holding for ten minutes now currently on my cell phone and 5 on my house phone this is the worse place ever”

“I started at this counseling facility three weeks ago, and so far, my experience has been very good. My provider has been more than amazing — supportive, professional, and genuinely helpful. My main concern is that there is no front desk or reception area, which can make it difficult to get answers to questions, especially regarding billing and insurance. Overall, though, I’ve had a positive experience and would recommend the facility, particularly because of the quality of care I’ve received from my provider.”
