“The intake process was lovely. I was able to get my child in quickly and with someone that connected with them immediately. After one visit, I received an email saying the provider was no longer with Ellie and they would help me find a new provider. I called to do that and was put on a waitlist for someone that was a good fit for my child. I have not been able to reach Ellie since.”

“They canceled my appointment without telling me even though they claimed they sent an email telling me (they never did) because I didn’t fill out intake forms that I never got. All I got was one email from them where I filled everything out that I needed to and signed it and created an account with the app they use for patient portal. Although the woman I was speaking to about this had a soft tone you could tell she had an attitude and was adamant on what she knew from HER end. Definitely glad the appointment I was suppose to have was via telehealth and not in person. Completely unimpressed and just devastated that yet again, I have to find another clinic that fires on all ends and puts their patients first.”
