What patients say on Google
“As a nurse practitioner, finding counselors I truly trust to care for my patients is incredibly important, and Michelle Graydanus has been an exceptional resource. I have referred many patients to her, particularly women, and the feedback I continue to receive has been overwhelmingly positive. She has a unique ability to connect with patients in a way that is compassionate, genuine, and supportive without ever feeling overbearing. Michelle does an excellent job helping patients develop healthy coping skills while creating an environment where they feel safe, heard, and respected. One of the things I appreciate most is her consistent follow-through and the sincere care she shows for each individual she works with. Her professionalism, compassion, and faith-centered approach truly make her stand out as an outpatient therapist, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking thoughtful and supportive care.”
“Therapist asked a teen if they wanted to participate in therapy after only one session. When the teen said “not really” they were dismissed from therapy. Most therapist should try and establish rapport before simply dismissing a client.”
“Michelle L Greydanus, CT, MA at Nystrom & Associates is completely unprofessional! I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone dealing with mental health issues! If you cancel one appointment (which I had to because she scheduled me at the same time as my very important doctors appointment I have been waiting months for and can’t reschedule.) she will and did drop me as a client without any notice! Extremely unprofessional! She doesn’t care about her clients! Don’t waste your time with intake with her it will just be a HUGE waste in the end. Go find someone else who will actually listen and care about you!”
“If I could give 0 stars, I would. Nystrom has given me the worst experience I have ever had with any sort of medical or psychological service. I have had the same appointment rescheduled 6 times, 4 of which I was called the day of because my provider was not in the day I was scheduled, and 2 of which I was no-showed on a video call. When I submitted a complaint, all they did was assign me a new provider and postpone my appointment yet again. It’s really ironic that this is supposedly a mental health service when they are actively being detrimental to their patients’ well-being. Avoid Nystrom & Associates if at all possible.”
