“Please, for the sake of your mental health do not even consider going here! Their team is unprofessional and they wouldn’t prescribe me a medication to help with my severe panic attacks. They also charge you if you miss an appointment. Worst of all they’ll call the police on you if you express thoughts of suicide even without an intention of pulling it off. Calling the police on someone having a mental health break is not okay. Police are not mental health professionals and do not know how to handle these situations properly. Consider going somewhere else for your mental health needs and if you know someone who’s planning on going here please try to talk them out of it! Thank you for reading my TED talk haha.”

“I debated writing this because I don’t like leaving bad reviews but my experience with Tiffany Hurt was not good at all. I did not find her empathetic at all and her bedside manner was awful. I have been to this clinic before to see other therapists and I decided I wanted to try medication because my anxiety was unbearable. I also found it odd that I could not talk to Tiffany directly about my side effects, it would take her days to get back to me after I had to divulge my medical symptoms to other staff members. I will not be back.”

“great providers. change of mgmt changed billing policies and the front of house communication. they don’t answer calls anymore. good luck trying to schedule a follow up or reschedule. they will cancel you as a patient even when you leave voicemails prior to what their billing policies mandate. unfortunate change - as an office manager myself i see how bad they’re struggling and failing to treat patients adequately.”
