“Disappointing and frustrating experience. (I am giving this "two stars" because the P.A. I met with was kind, otherwise I would rate it a "one".) I completed a screening call and was then scheduled for an intake appointment. I was asked to fill out extensive paperwork beforehand and share a significant amount of personal information, only to be told during the appointment that I’m not a candidate for treatment. During that appointment, I was informed that they already knew before we even met that I wouldn’t qualify, and still chose to proceed with the visit anyway. It’s difficult not to view this as a misuse of a patient’s time, trust, and money. If there was no possibility of receiving care, that should have been communicated before the appointment was ever scheduled or at least before it began. Vulnerable patients seeking care deserve transparency and respect. I strongly recommend this clinic reevaluate their intake and screening process so others don’t have to waste their time only to be disappointed by something that could have been avoided. I would hesitate to recommend this clinic based on this experience.”
