Amfm dellwood was an amazing experience. I learned so much about myself and learned to redirect my negative experiences to positive experiences. I made lifetime friendships in the other ladies that were there. It was truly like having another family. Thank you AMFM you have changed my life!

If you’re looking for a structured residential facility where the staff genuinely cares and fun is still allowed, look no further! I flew in from Missouri for AMFM’s residential program, and overall, I was very pleased with my experience. The house is a great size, with a max of 6 residents at a time, which made it feel more personal and less overwhelming. There are usually 3 groups a day, each about 1.5 hours long, and staff was understanding when I needed to take walk breaks during group. I also appreciated that many types of therapy were utilized throughout treatment, including CBT, DBT, CTR, and ART. There were many activities were offered. We had group outings twice a week, such as bowling, arcade/laser tag, or shopping with $15 provided by the facility. We also went hiking or walked trails once a week, and they even had a yoga instructor come every other week. I haven’t seen many residential facilities that offer this many fun activities while still maintaining structure and support. Shoutout to the CCs (client coordinators), Ridwan, Aisha, and Olivia. They were so caring and brought such a light into the home. Ari, the case manager, is phenomenal. She went above and beyond with discharge planning by coordinating therapy for when I returned home, finding an intensive outpatient program, and helping arrange staff support so I could attend church while I was there. I still wish I could clone her and bring her back with me! Linsey, the therapist, was amazing. She is honestly the best therapist I’ve ever had. She is caring, hears you out, and is blunt when she needs to be. Brandon, who is the house manager for the men’s house, frequently visited and helped out as needed. He was very caring, and I was always happy to see him. A few areas for improvement: 1. Morning and swing shift staff should be more consistent and on the same page with the rules. It can get very confusing. 2. Being “tour ready” should be enforced more for staff and less on the residents. After all, this is our home for 2 months. 3. I would have loved to have yoga with Sienna once a week. She was amazing, and the mental health-focused yoga was truly healing. 4. Staff should be reprimanded in private, not in front of clients. 5. A basketball hoop would be a great addition! Even with these areas for improvement, I still give AMFM 5 stars. Compared to many other facilities, this one is truly awesome. I would highly recommend it to my own family and friends who are in need of extra care. Thanks again to the CCs, Ari, Linsey, and Brandon for truly making my stay worthwhile.

I had a really great experience during my time at AMFM Treatment. (Even though way I left was my fault) … The staff was incredibly kind, supportive, and always willing to help. A few people really stood out and made a big impact on my journey, techs Caitlin, Faud, and Maddie were amazing and consistently went above and beyond. Ari was also fantastic, always professional and caring. My case manager, Lindsey, was great to work with, and facilitators Sienna and Jett were both extremely helpful and genuinely invested in our progress. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. They do a great job accommodating your needs and making sure you're as comfortable as possible during treatment. I also made some really good friends while I was there, which made the experience even more meaningful. Overall, I’m really thankful for my time at AMFM. It was a safe, supportive place to heal, grow, and make real connections.

If this company is looking to put a house in your neighborhood, do anything you can to work with the city to block it. They moved in behind our house and have 8-10 cars coming into and out of the house daily. They honk their horns locking and unlocking their doors at all hours of the day and night. Shine their headlights into bedroom windows, staff and guests bark at our dogs when they are outside. We have called and spoke to the management multiple times and nothing has changed. Sadly most of the issues are with the staff. I saw your response to my review, and we've called multiple times with no call back. I wont be emailing you. You can return our calls, or walk over and discuss.
