“I've experienced two therapists now -- the first left Vantage without any warning or notice -- and what I can say is that they have both been are very scripted, like they are reciting textbooks. They both couldn't keep a predictable schedule -- they would cancel, or get sick, or their kid was on break -- so building up any kind of consistency or rhythm was impossible, not to mention that no one seems to like to be available after 4pm. I'm all for work-life balance but these guys seem to be more concerned about their schedule than yours. They also don't seem particularly talented or self aware and are poor communicators. As for the admin, paying a bill is a mess, contacting a live person if you need to reschedule (because you can't do it via the website because it's a mess) is a pain because they use a calling service that knows nothing. I've been asked to leave messages but they never get returned. The website requires an invite that expires after a short time so heaven forbid you should try to set up an account well in advance of your first visit (and then good luck contacting anyone in admin). It just seems like the whole practice has been set up using a checklist but nothing they've implemented is particularly well done. They've just checked the box. Everything from the therapists to the website to the admin support is poor to low average at best. I wouldn't waste your time here.”

Online appointments are simple with easy links to appointments and their website is simple to navigate. Lola seems happy there.
