“If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrible. Money hungry and don’t care about their patients. I met a great therapist here, shortly after starting she informed me she was leaving and moving to a different practice. She was professional and didn’t disclose much other than she didn’t agree with Ellie Mental Health practices. I didn’t understand what she meant till recently. I still used the med management through Ellie and was going to switch to seeing my therapist where she moved to after the holidays. I had a med management meeting and she said she was going to refill my medications. I went to get them and they denied it. You have to meet with your med management person every so often which is what I was doing. And out of nowhere they stopped filling my meds that I had to wean myself on. They cut me off cold Turkey and it has messed with the progress I have made. Such a horrible place. How can they do that. Even after me reaching out and getting notified from my pharmacist.. horrible.”

“Medication management providers are either incompetent or negligent. Have repeatedly had issues where they've refused to fill meds I've been on for years unless I see them AFTER I've already run out (forcing me to go through withdrawals), or not tapering down medications when taking me off them (ALSO forcing me to go through withdrawals). Constantly feel like they don't trust me / are pressuring me into adding new medications when I'm happy with what I already have. Terrible communication. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.”

“Ellie has policies that require you to fill out forms and disclose personal and medical information before making an appointment. You have to be reviewed and ok’d by the medical review team before you are even allowed to make an appointment. They also do not take you if you have other health issues. It is hard enough for people seeking care for mental health disorders and their families. When I questioned this I was told I was not a good fit for their clinic. This is disappointing for such a necessary service.”
