“This one-star review really only encapsulates my time working with Miranda Lutterman as a med provider. I really loved working with the other staff I met here, especially Mike Adetunji. Work with him if you can; he's so knowledgeable and explained and guided me through a ton of strategies to help with anxiety, as well as medication. Miranda Lutterman is useless, like, genuinely. She has the most horrible attitude and seems to hate being there and doing her job. How are you going to be a mental health professional and not understand basic empathy, and have an attitude every five seconds? It felt like she was trying to rush the appointment so she could prescribe me the meds so it could be over with. I do think she has some weird underlying racial bias that she has to figure out. I remember going to my first appointment. I was walking to her office, and her smile immediately dropped. She went from looking inviting and smiling at the white person in front of me to immediately looking annoyed and scowling, like this woman genuinely feels racist. I was so uncomfortable. Switched to another psychiatrist from this clinic and changed the meeting place to telehealth visits; Mike was so much better!! He was understanding, didn’t rush me, scowl, or look bored, and provided me with the correct dosage of my Vyvanse!! Also, an issue I have with Sagent is how annoying calling the phone number is, I couldn’t get my medication because the staff sent it to my old pharmacy location, so I tried calling them multiple times a day and was on hold for 30 minutes to be met with an automated response each time telling me to leave a voicemail, I was so annoyed, but when I finally had a chance to talk with the nurse on the phone she was really sweet and helped me solve my issue, I wish they had a better system to answer calls than this mess.”

“Nystom and Associates have changed its name to Sagent. My nurse psychiatrist Eli Sodo is very kind, quick and professional She understands my needs in terms of medications and well - being. She is very calm and knowledgeable and dressed well . Highly recommend . Lobby is clean and organized. The front desk has lively and talented receptionist who cater to my needs and preferences on scheduling.”
