“These people absolutely refuse to work with anyone. I explained I work two jobs, am the primary provider for my household and that taking time off during their "intake" hours just wasn't an option. They do not care. If you do not fit their timelines, they will tell you to eat dust. Ever hear of telehealth? Evenings? Get with the times! The services must be terrible if they can't even be bothered to accommodate anyone. EDIT: In response to the reply I DID in fact call to speak with an advocate in respect to getting paperwork mailed to me and joining the intake via Zoom last week. As expected, no paperwork came my way during the past week.”

“Pete who works the front desk is highly inappropriate. He doesn't do his job. My kid was signed up for therapy and he never let us know that it was cancelled u til we got there. More than once he's gaslit me about sending links for virtual therapy saying he sent the link when he in fact did not. Waiting 30+ minutes for your therapist to come into your scheduled appointment is ridiculous. Calling the board because they are not kind to their patients or their families concerning the help they seek. So disappointed in this place.”
