I’ve really have great sessions with my therapist Amanda, who’s super caring and thoughtful. Since I was diagnosed with cancer, I've been going to see her for three years and look forward to just let go. Some days are really tough to get through and then others I just need to vent about family, friends and work. She helps me figure out how to deal with all of it. They also have classes like yoga and others that truly help calm my mind and body. I can’t see myself going anywhere else.

The worst experience I’ve ever had! If I could leave a zero star review, I definitely would. I was referred here for my trauma/panic attacks/anxiety and it’s not even personalized care… it’s all group based therapy and you must be there M/F without any excused absence or allowed 3. You’ll only meet with the therapist during group based, and never one on one! Plus it’s expensive even with insurance to attend. Not worth it!!! If you don’t do group therapy, they make you sit in this small room. The only positive is that Lindsay was super nice, I wish she offered more one on one care!

I completed the Intensive Trauma Program at Rogers-EP location. While I found the registration/admissions communication to have a few hurdles (perhaps short-staffed?), the program journey changed my life. I found it to be extremely challenging, as it’s supposed to be. You will get out of it, what you commit to putting into it. Every single provider there was amazing-Lindsay, Brittany, Sue, Rachel, Dr. Parks. I can’t thank their team enough.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR EATING DISORDER TREATMENT. I went here in 2022 when I was 17, they put you in a tiny room by yourself for the majority of the day where you can basically do whatever you want. During meals if I sat there for long enough without eating they would allow me to take my food to my personal room to eat... with zero supervision... I would make that food disappear without actually eating any of it and they never caught me, I ended up telling on myself because I couldn't believe how incompetent they were. Even after I told them what I was doing and they started paying more attention to me I was still able to get away with hiding my food and sneaking to the kitchen to dump out my ensures. They discharged me even though my weight had certainly gone down from my admission weight and they did not set me up with any outpatient services and I was completely on my own. I ended up back in inpatient 7 months after they discharged me. The only good thing I can say about this place is that my therapist I had there, Paul, is the best therapist I have ever had to date.
