“I had a therapist from here for about a year. A few months ago she took a leave of absence. I only found out through the app by seeing all my future appointments were cancelled. I called the scheduling line and then found out she had left. I got an email that she was leaving WEEKS after she had already cancelled all of our appointments. I then waited months until the time she had got back. I called the scheduling line again because I had not heard if she was back or not, as I got absolutely no notification. The scheduling line had informed me she was back for a little while and had no available appointments for a month. I then scheduled an appointment as soon as I could. A month later, I get no notification and find out last minute that she had cancelled the appointment. Along with this, there has been 18 cancelled appointments between the 2 of us and maybe 5 total were from my end. It is absolutely ridiculous.”

“I was admittedly a little scared to take the leave of Faith and get the help that I needed, but thanks to my amazing fiancée and all the other supportive people that I have in my circle who gave me the final push I needed, I am on the road to healing, and glad I am here to see another day and type this review! I absolutely love my psychiatrist and therapist. Not everything needs to be overly spiritualized, not everything can just be prayed away, God gives us these resources so that we can use them. This stigmatization of mental health services among religious circles needs to stop ASAP! We are hurting our own people more than helping. For the love of God and everybody around you, get some help! I recommend it for anybody, no matter how well off you think you are.”
