“Disgusting how they treat people who are seeking help with mental heath. After waiting over 30 days for an appointment, they cancelled 24 hours before claiming they had no insurance information. They have no record of us calling them to provide the information. They won’t help, transfer you to different departments that you don’t need to talk to until you give up. The problem is 100% them not keeping good records of communications. Could have been solved in person with insurance card, but they would rather free up their provider’s afternoon and lose a patient.”

“I have had wonderful service with Jennifer Drumm. I feel she generly cares about my well being. We are in the process of adjusting my medications to help me with my anxiety and help me sleep at night. I have very bad insomnia. I love the fact that i can see her in person but also have the option of telehealth for when I have my back surgery.”

“Jennifer Drumm LP is amazing. Getting prescriptions filled and after care has been a living nightmare. If Google allowed me, I would get rid of that "one star" in the review. It should be zero stars. Nystrom made my situation worst by being such a frustrating organization. I can't get trough to a real person. On auromated telephone system hell for hours and to finally just leave a message. The message returned but completely misunderstood and no direct line to talk with follow up questions. My son had a joke "talk" therapist. I would trust him more with a bar tentender. At least they aren't right out of college with real world experience. Avoid all Nystrom and Associates like the plague.”

“This place is a joke. Went to my initial visit, and was told to download the app and the PA would respond better on there vs. calling. Well, two messages later and no response three weeks after the appointment. No medication sent in that we discussed. Called several times and left voicemails for the nursing staff. Spoke to someone over the phone and they confirmed my messages had gone through and they would send a message to the gal and still no call back or response. Terrible! Especially, if you’re trying to get mental health.”
