What patients say on Google
“Charged me a copay when I have a coinsurance plan. I called billing to discuss and the agent apologized for the error. She asked that they hold onto the copayment I was charged until insurance communicates what they’ll cover. I said I’d like a refund and to pay whatever bill comes back once insurance is ran properly. She was hesitant and said they don’t like to do refunds because it costs them money. I insisted I’d like a refund. She said she’d have to let the owner know and that it’d be by check only. Front desk should be collecting copays at check in to ensure they have the correct insurance on file. Instead they automatically charge the card on file without verifying. All future visits canceled as I don’t have faith in how this clinic operates.”
“I highly recommend Serenity Behavior Health & Wellness in Savage. Their front office staff is amazing. Always so welcoming and helpful. They've helped me through lots of scheduling for myself/my family and are always flexible and kind about it. They greet you by name and check you in when you walk in the front door. The therapists there have been wonderful. Our family has seen a lot of improvement and my son actually enjoys going. He's always asking when his next appointment is because he loves his therapist so much. They will work with you to make sure you are seeing a therapist that best fits your needs so you aren't stuck with the first person you schedule with if it isn't working out. The waiting area is nice and is always stocked with coffee, tea and water. The only "negative" is there is lots of paperwork initially, some of which feels repetitive, but I have experienced that at other offices as well. It's better they have more information than not enough!”
“I showed on time for my first appt today, and the stern receptionist informed me I had not met HER deadline for filling out "my additional "paperwork, so she had canceled my appointment early this morning. I explained I had filled out their website, but her link to fill out additional paperwork had never arrived; I had even double-checked only an hour prior. However, my explanation failed to change her tone of voice or her message. So I turned on my heel and left. i certainly do not need this treatment from an office from which I had hoped to receive emotional support.....Truiy unbelievable.......!”
“This place is great all the way around. Have been working with this establishment for over a year now. The front desk is always polite, friendly and actually provides answers unlike many other places. The nurses are fast when completing tasks and the providers care. All departments have great communication. So happy we decided to leave our other doctors office to change ovet to here. I couldn't be happier with the service we receive.”
