“This place literally saved my life. As a recovering heroin addict suffering with chronic pain. I chose this place only because they’re a pain management clinic but they also specialize in addiction. I am on Methadone for my cravings for heroin and it also helps me tremendously with my pain. Recently they’ve added Vicodin for my pain. I wouldn’t choose any other clinic to treat my pain and addiction. Dr. George is an amazing Dr. The main person I see there is Ashley but I’ve seen several prescribers there and they’re all amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone who struggles with addiction and pain 🙏🏻😊❤️”

“This place is absolutely horrible. For a disabled person like myself, first off, you are unable to access entry in and out of their buildings without the help of another person as they do not have handicap accessibility buttons for any of their building doors in Burnsville or Woodbury. Second off, Their customer service towards their patients is absolutely disregarding. they seem like they don't care to speak with you, or acknowledge that you're their. you call them to get help with medications or schedule an appointment and you get put on hold for hours without being checked on to let you know any updates on what's taking so long. they are always in such a hurry to get off of the phone with you. I saw a provider last month because mine is on maternity leave, and this provider I thought had a great conversation with me, but only to find out at my most recent appointment that she was trying to put me on methadone instead of the meds that I am currently using that is working. I saw a new provider again last week because of a last minute cancellation due to a hospital visit, this provider was the only one available, so I went to see her, and I went in with he intentions to talk about a few things and couldn't talk about anything because all she spoke about was her family history and her previous patients history and how methadone was helping them and that that's what I need, when she doesn't know a thing about me. I was advised by the front desk to call and speak with ,management, and after spending again 2 hours on hold without being advised of any updates on what's taking so long, I was about to hang up but finally they answered and told me to just "send an email to patient experiences". The supervisors don't care to take calls and take care of any issues. I have nothing but horrible things to say about this place, however unfortunately for chronic pain, this is the only place that is covered under my insurance that does medication instead of procedural stuff. I will continue to go but I'll be honest, I can't trust them with my care at the moment. I wish my provider was coming back soon, I really did trust her.”

“We have driven nearly 200 miles to use their Covid 19 testing now on 4 occasions. Super great fast service, very efficient and reliable testing. No need to leave your vehicle,, they come right out to your vehicle and test you there. Highly recommended.”

“Our family testing went really smoothly. They were very kind and efficient, and our results were emailed within the same day. Scheduling is very easy once you get your account set up. Once you arrive, you stay in your car and check-in via the link they send to your email. Once check-in is confirmed, it's only a matter of minutes before they come out to take your samples. Our family was in and out of the parking lot within 10 minutes. I'm thankful my sister-in-law recommended them to us.”
