What patients say on Google
“With my experience, I feel as if these health care providers are dedicated, passionate about helping you, and in some cases, relatable. Finding a good provider for me was really important. I was previously dealing with the VA. I've had countless providers at MPLS with countless sessions. Community Care through the VA was how I got set up. Since switching here, I feel much more confident that I am actually making the progress that I want and actually listened to more than I ever have previously. Wonderful place. Thank you!”
“I have been going for a long time to Nystrom for EMDR therapy and Nurse for meds. Sagent sends my prescriptions to Health Partners order by mail system-no problems. Both have been exceptional providers. The EMDR Therapist went independent, before Sagent. I have struggeled with childhood trauma and recovering. Its a long path with lovely times. Al Anon helped too. Hang in there and find a provider that feels safe. I did at”
“I previously saw a therapist at this practice and had a decent experience. After a few months away, I tried to get back on her schedule but was told I needed to see someone new, who was described as having experience with postpartum depression and anxiety. Unfortunately, the session with Maya was unprofessional and uncomfortable. Within the first 10 minutes, adoption was brought up in a way that felt premature and unsettling given my vulnerable postpartum state. I never implied or expressed that I didn’t want my baby. I was only sharing the anxiety I’ve been experiencing. The way it was said left me wondering if I had misheard or misinterpreted her, which added to my discomfort. Much of the session consisted of long silences, and the therapist said she didn’t know how to structure the session because I might return to my previous therapist and she didn’t understand why I couldn’t schedule with her. She also mentioned that she didn’t know me. This left the responsibility to lead entirely on me with minimal guidance or input. I left feeling more distressed than when I arrived and chose to end the session early. I value therapy, but this experience did not feel like a good fit, and I will not be continuing services here.”
“I’ve had the good fortune to work with 2 counselors at Sagent Behavioral Health during my counseling sessions. Their professionalism, compassion, and the genuine concern for your welfare is welcomed and comforting when uncomfortable or unpleasant discussions have to be had, to achieve progress towards wellbeing and good relationships!”
