“I've been bringing a relative to appts here every month for a few years. Once in a while things go smoothly, but not often. It doesn't seem to matter what time the appt is, we typically have to wait. Which I wouldn't have a problem with, except the double standard regarding time. More than once, we have been told the appt time, arrive at that time, then are told it was at an earlier time. This has happened multiple times. We then are turned away or made to wait a long time. Today it was an hour. But I have seen them accommodate patients that have literally gone to this clinic instead of the clinic their appt was supposed to be at, & while they're "squeezing them in", we are made to wait. I don't see how this is fair. Again, I can certainly understand if we were late, but I am never late to these appts. I'm just tired of the double standard.”

“10 min late policy is a double standard. My appointment was 45 min ago and I haven’t even been called in by the assistant.. not to mention the Dr. — Dr was great”

“I had my COVID test done here yesterday, and it was so quick and easy, and most importantly, safe. I never left my car. I only pulled down my mask for less than a minute, and we were done! I got my test results back super quick! Like within 10 hours! (Not saying that every test will be like that, but faster than the community sites)”

“I recently needed to get a rapid COVID test for work. I was able to easily schedule a same day appointment at Valley Medical. When I arrived the drive through process was very efficient and well organized. After getting tested I was able to track the status of the test using their portal. Upon completion of the test I immediately received an email with my test results. From the time I booked the appointment until I received my results was approximately 8 hours! Highly recommend if you need COVID test with a fast turn time on results!”
